Terms and Conditions
Hours:
Store hours are 7:00am to 4:30pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday.
Ordering: Orders may be placed by telephone; fax or you may come to our store.
Minimum Order: Minimum order $15.00 on account.
All non-stock orders without open account needs a 50% deposit.

 

Freight:

FOB Auburn, MA. Shipments will be sent via UPS unless special arrangements are made at the time of ordering. Freight charges will be added to order.
Pricing: Prices in this catalog are current at the time of printing and are subject to change without notification.
Terms: Net 30 Days on approved credit. Alpine reserves the right to hold any orders if payment is not made according to terms. Alpine has the right to turn accounts over to collections agency without notification. Alpine reserves all rights to alter credit terms unilaterally. Alpine has the right to charge service charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) on overdue balances.
Payments: Payment must be made according to credit terms drawn on a U.S Bank or by electronic transfer. Returned checks are subjected to a $25.00 fee. Payment by MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are welcomed.
Claims: Any claims for shortages, defects or damaged merchandise must bemade within 30 days of receipt of goods. Billing errors must be submitted in writing no later than 30 days from receipt of goods.
Returns: Please call 1-508-832-8738 to request a return authorization number. Returned product(s) must be received in saleable condition with a copy of your packing list or invoice enclosed. Return authorization number must be clearly marked on outside of box. Returns must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of return authorization number authorization issuance. Returned product will receive merchandise credit only, which expires 90 days after issuance. Non-stock or specialty items are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Alpine reserves the right to return any non-defective or abused product without giving merchandise credit.
